Bn-Zym is a natural biocatalyst (bioprocess initiator and accelerator) based on a large number of enzymes. It can be used to build up and improve growing mediums.

The enzymes in BN-Zym are 100% effective with no wastage or by products. The enzymes boost the water retention properties of all types of substrate and reduce water surface tension. This allows water to percolate to a greater depth more quickly. In addition, BN-Zym increases the amount of oxygen present in growing mediums.

Bn-Zym generates increasing bacterial activity in the growth medium, which helps convert nutrients and minerals into a form that plants can directly absorb. Bn-Zym catalyses plant waste substances and re-supplies them in soluble form to plants. This gives crops more balance and makes them less sensistive to disease. The growing medium is kept free of residual and ballast salts. This is important because otherwise the EC will build up causing root damage and stagnation in the absorption of nutrients. This applies especially to soil/compost/coconut mixtures that have already been used several times.
