Delivery Information
We can only ship orders to addresses in the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland please call (+44) 01904 479979 before placing your order.
Delivery Options
We charge a basic flat rate of £6.95 for all parcels except for those exceptions listed here.
Heavy Items
Very heavy items will be charged an extra £5.00, or £10.00 to Eire, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly and Wight. Some very heavy items may be charged at a higher level, we will ring you to advise but if in doubt please ring us before placing your order. Small non-urgent items (under 500g), may be sent by via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery if you request this service. You will only be charged the cost of postage, not the £6.95 basic charge for carriage by courier. (Please Note: Deliveries may take up to 5 Days in some cases longer.)
Multiple Items
Ordering multiple items of some products may incur an extra charge that is not calculated by the website. If you are placing a large order, especially with bulky or heavy items, please phone us and a member of staff will be able to tell you how much it will be for carriage. We always try to keep the carriage as low as possible.
Rapid despatch
We aim to send your order right away and for you to receive it within 1 working day (if placed before 12pm) and 2 working days (if placed after 12pm). If your order is going to take longer for any reason or goods are not in stock we will contact you. We will send your order to you by a Next Day delivery service by courier or via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery if requested.
Urgent
If your order is urgent please phone us on 01904 479979 and we will advise you when we can get it to you and do our best to get it to you quickly. If you want to order but don't want the items sent immediately (if you are going on holiday but want the goods when you return, for example) please phone us on 01904 479979 to arrange a day for delivery.
Morning Delivery
If you would prefer to have your delivery made in the morning, please specify when you make your order. There is a delivery surcharge of £5.00 for this service. However, we cannot be held responsible if the courier does not deliver in the specified time slot.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly and Wight
A surcharge is necessary due to extra delivery costs, this will be a maximum of £20.00 over the normal cost of delivery. For Eire a £25.00 surcharge applies. For small items (less than 1kg) we may be able to send them by Post Office to save a lot of money on delivery.
Saturday Morning Delivery
Only available in England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland. Delivery is before 12 noon. This option incurs an extra charge of £25.00.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us or the couriers about the delivery within five days they will redeliver the package to us which incurs a charge and admin fee from the couriers which is currently £15.00. If you require the products to be resent we will charge this fee and also the cost to deliver again. If you require a refund we will refund the full amount of the sale minus any costs incurred from the couriers.
